A Kaccha Bigha, on the other hand, is generally smaller and fluctuates wildly from district to district—sometimes even from village to village! It is often considered to be one-third (1/3) of a Pucca Bigha, roughly translating to about 9,075 square feet, but this is merely a rule of thumb.
